About Us
My name is Alice and it all started in September 2022, when some close friends suggested that I sell my home made Jams, Curds and Pickles as "they are so good, everyone should try them." I was a bit hesitant at first, but slowly and surely, as people tasted my produce, and said encouraging things like "tastes like it used to" "absolutely delicious" "never tasted better" "OMG, better than shop bought" and how they couldn't get enough of it, I came round to the idea!!
With that in mind, I started doing a few local fairs
My home made Jams, Curds and Chutneys are full of flavour, contain real fruit and only the finest fresh ingredients. For example, in my Tomato & Chilli Chutney, I only use organic vine ripened tomatoes as these have the nicest flavour.
The fruit I use is fresh and sourced locally when possible, and all my other ingredients are the best they can be, some even home grown
I don't believe in cutting corners with taste
The accompaniments are becoming very popular too
There is a choice of Caramelised Onion Relish, Fig & Date Chutney, Traditional Piccalilli, Sweet Chilli Jam, Tomato & Chilli Chutney (either SWEET, MILD, HOT or ROCKET FUEL HOT), Cranberry Jelly, Apple Jelly, Beetroot Chutney, Mango Chutney and Guinness Chutney
In addition, sometimes there are "Special Jars" available, both in looks and content.
Seville Orange Marmalade & Cointreau are a favourite and you could try my new Strawberry & Pimm's Jam or Sangria Jelly
We shall be doing some lovely gift Jars of Whiskey Marmalade this year for Christmas gifts and some special Christmas Gift Boxes and Gift Crackers

High Quality in the High Country
All my homemade produce, with the exception of Lemon Curd (eggs & butter (milk)),
and Green Tomato Chutney (barley malt vinegar) is Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian Friendly, although I now offer VEGAN LEMON CURD and VEGAN DIABETIC LEMON CURD as a much sought after addition
